I am a Maryland Licensed Massage Therapist and Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, as well as a Reiki Master/Teacher. We're all capable of healing ourselves, sometimes we need a little help and guidance to make the process work.  I believe my role in your healing process is truly that of a guide.

After graduating massage school in Colorado, I passed the national board certification exam, and have taken hundreds of additional hours of training in a wide variety of techniques, including Medical Massage Therapy, Aquatherapy, Cupping, IASTM, Kinesio Taping, Movement & Mobility, Aromatherapy, Sacred Stone Bodywork, Prenatal & Partners Pregnancy Massage, Active Isolated Stretching, Trigger Point Therapy, & Sports Massage, thus allowing me to achieve and maintain my Board Certification. In addition, I achieved my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) to help me work with athletes more effectively.
