After almost 20 years in retail management, I was faced with making a decision that would forever change the course of my life. I wanted my next career to be something that I had a passion for, gave me a great work life balance all while helping people. I enrolled at the McCann School of Business and Technology where I received my diploma in Massage Therapy. While enrolled in the program I was offered a internship at resort right here in the Poconos leading to a permanent position as a Licensed Massage Therapist at high end spa. I worked in the Spa industry for several years and although I loved what I did, I felt limited as to the service I was able to provide. I desired the flexibility to adapt the sessions to the clients specific treatment goals, and deliver results. I didn't want to limit my interaction with the client to just one session but rather establish a therapeutic partnership where there were measurable results. So yet again a took a chance and began working for a local Chiropractor. There I found what I had been looking for, the balance between therapeutic and relaxation.

I am so happy to be joining the wonderful team at Wyckoff Chiropractic and Wellness Center located in Downtown East Stroudsburg. When people ask me if I like what I do, I have only one answer. "I love what I do, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner".
