Rachel has addressed many issues I have had in my neck, shoulders and arms due to a lot of time on computers, biking and just being me I guess. She will offer a nice relaxing massage as well, but if you want a deep tissue, therapeutic massage, she is your person!

Rachel was very professional in how she greeted me and asked what my goals were for my massage. She used the right amount of pressure and I was able to enjoy a very pleasant conversation with her. When the massage was over, I could tell that my shoulders did not feel as tense and I had more range of motion. Overall, I loved my very dreamy massage and will definitely be back!
