I look forward to helping you live a healthy lifestyle by being one part in your health care. On a more personal note: I am married to my husband Travis of 15 years. We have 3 spirited and social children. Jonah is 14 and loves reading, editing videos, football, wrestling and fishing. Maddy is 13 and enjoys being with her friends, drawing, animals, wrestling, soccer, and being outside . Clayton is 10 and is all about airsoft guns, swimming, music, getting messy outside, candy, and making people laugh. As a family we love to camp and being active in the community.

Knowing it was time for the next step in my Massage Therapy career I opened Life Massage Therapy in October of 2015. Since opening I have build my clientele exponentially and have had so much fun serving the surrounding community. Here I get to build honest supportive relationships with my clients as I support them in their health goals. November 2019 I partnered with Dr. Kristy Brecke who specializes in mental health. Together we know the importance that physical health play in mental health as well as how mental health can effect physical health. In addition to the work we have been offering our clients over the years we look forward to connecting those we serve to heal the mind and body together.
