In 2007 I attended the Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. With over 16 years of experience in Massage Therapy, I have come to love the art of customizing sessions for each and every client. I have an ability to effectively communicate with clients in order to create a therapeutic and rejuvenating massage.  I specialize in Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, and Trigger Point Therapy. Additionally, I offer Aromatherapy, prenatal, and hotstone massage.
