LB lived in Wilmington, NC for 11 years with his wife and two dogs. After years of working in gyms, he decided to pursue a career in massage therapy. He graduated from Miller Motte College in 2011 and has been practicing massage since. After working Ironman and marathon events for 6 years, he decided that he wanted to focus his massages on athletes and improving the mobility of his clients. He has years of experience working with athletes using cupping and instrument assisted soft tissue manipulation (IASTM). He continues to focus his education on mobility and biomechanics. His services include deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, and Swedish massage experiences.
