I am a new resident to NC and I am very excited to start building my Reiki practice here. I have currently been working as a home health caregiver and going to school full time to study in the  Behavioral Science department. I went to massage school back in 2011 at Everest University in Florida and practiced as an LMT for about 5 years. I first learned about Reiki and energy work while in massage school. I fell in love with energy work and holistic healing practices as I learned more about them. It just made sense to me and I felt very drawn to it all. I believe that as we slowly begin to release the stuck energy and negative emotions that we hold in our bodies, our bodies begin to heal in so many different ways.

I am also a mother of 4 and a grandmother to a beautiful little girl. When I am not working I love being in nature (preferably the beach or on the back of a harley on a road trip), spending time with my family or just relaxing around the house.

I continue to further my knowledge and understanding of all energy healing modalities by ongoing trainings and certification classes so that I can incorporate the best techniques into a session so that my clients will have the best experience possible.
