I graduated from the massage therapy program at GCI in Conyers, GA in 2017, and have been licensed & practicing massage therapy for 4.5 years now.  During these past few years I've worked in different settings gaining experience.  I moved to South Carolina in 2020, so you can currently find me at Elements Therapeutic Massage located in Greenville!

I offer a variety of techniques to tailor every massage to meet each individual's needs.

Did you know that most adults experience some kind of low back pain.  Are you one of them?  Well it doesn't need to be that way!  I specialize in working with clients who experience pain in their necks or low-backs.  Often the culprit is a muscular imbalance brought on by an injury, poor posture, or too much time sitting.  Using my hands as well as my heart, I help to relax tired & overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state (perfect before a chiropractic appointment *wink*).  I work with your body to get you feeling back to how should again.  I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable and they are in less pain.  -  Desk jockeys, weekend warriors, moms stretched to near breaking, let me show you what reclaiming your body and your sanity feels like!  You'll be surprised how quickly we can work together to make measurable improvements and get you feeling better.

Chair Massage

Georgia Career Institute provided chair massages for Club Level attendees at the Atlanta Falcons home games - I attended 2 games in October and November of 2016. I also did chair massage during some of the "Open House" events at a day spa I worked at in 2019-early 2020.

Trigger Point Therapy

I have experience in Trigger Point Therapy from the school spa, working in a pain relief/management massage practice, and continuing using techniques when needed during sessions while working in different massage therapy environments.

Sports/Orthopedic Massage

I have experience in Sports/Orthopedic massage from the school spa, working in a pain care/management massage practice, and continuing using techniques when needed during sessions while working in different massage therapy environments. My specialty being the neck, shoulders, lower back/hips/sacrum.

Thank you, Nicole! I had a wonderful massage. Nicole checked in with me before the massage to make sure the experience was tailored to what I needed and made sure the pressure and type of massage was what I needed during our session. I was comfortable the entire time. Because of her good technique I had minimal soreness with maximum relief even though it was a deeper pressure massage and she had to work some shoulder knots out. First massage I have had for those knots that I had so little soreness for such relief. The price is very reasonable and she was so friendly and helpful. I'll be making another appt soon.

Nicole does great work. She is attentive to your pain level. She adjust her pressure to your needs. By the time she gets done, I'm so relaxed that I don;t want to get up.
