Tricia Brookins was introduced to massage 16 years ago through a personal experience. It wasn't until after the birth of her fourth child that she realized where her true passion and desire was, medical massage therapy. Tricia has always enjoyed making a difference and effecting people in a positive way. She has spent the last decade working for chiropractic wellness centers and luxury day spas, along with educating future massage therapists at a trade school. It is through these various experiences that she has skillfully combined medical massage with the elements of a spa to offer completely customized services to help each client. Not only does she use various techniques to help combat repetitious movement and poor posture, she offers education and aftercare advice to give everyone she sees optimal results with their musculoskeletal dysfunctions.

I was super sore from moving and carrying heavy boxes upstairs etc. I did a 90 minute massage. It was absolutely phenomenal. She really was able to identify problem areas and I left feeling so much better. I will for sure be returning. Thank you!
