During a session with Mercedes, you can expect a very scientific approach to your body. She will continually be testing, treating and re-assessing your body during the treatment and will be looking for clues in your posture and movement to give her indicators as to how your body relates to manual therapy. She never pretends to know everything, but is confident in how she can help. When in doubt she will be happy to refer you out to someone who can better assist your needs. 

If you are looking for a relaxing massage, she may not be the best option for you, because of her clinical massage background. With that said, you are a prime client for her if you want to recover from sports, work through your chronic pain or you just want to be sure your body is in great shape to tackle your everyday life activities. 

Mercedes loves to lift, misses her army days, but wouldn't trade anything for her current life helping others and connecting with people. Mercedes is currently only accepting new clients by request and will only take those clients who are really committed to their treatments and getting better. Mercedes works wonders on aches and tightness. She combines stretching, traction, and massage to really make sure your body is moving how it should be. Highly recommended!
