I have been going to Jodie weekly/bi weekly for a couple years now. I, like most people, carry a lot of stress in my shoulders/neck area. I sit in front of a computer all day and that creates tension on your body. I can go see Jodie and when she is done I feel like a new person. She has a very calming space which makes relaxing easy, I usually sleep which I hear is a compliment, lol. I've been to several massage therapists and Jodie is by far the BEST.
