Nicole is a Colorado Native who loves the outdoors and connecting with like - minded people. Nicole's journey in health and wellness started with the completion of her 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2014. Alongside teaching yoga, Nicole completed various other alternative medicine trainings including Reiki Energy Healing, Herbal Medicine and Massage Therapy. Nicole graduated from Healing Spirits massage training program in Boulder, CO in 2017. Nicole specializes in various techniques including integrative massage, thai bodywork, deep tissue, trigger point therapy and more!
