I have been a licensed massage therapist in the state of Colorado since 2001. My formal training includes traditional Swedish, Deep Tissue and Sports, Trigger Point Therapy, MFR and Prenatal. I combine these modalities and my years as a therapist to provide the best possible massage experience during each session. Whether it's for the purpose of relaxation or a specific treatment goal, I look forward to addressing the needs of every client.
