In 2007, I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Metropolitan State College of Denver. I originally got into that field because I thought I was going to be able to really help people, but after working in the field for 2 years, it was not what I expected. So in 2009 I made a career change. I started taking classes in massage therapy because I am passionate about working hands-on with each client to help them reduce pain in the body, reduce stress levels and just live a more open life. Working in the criminal justice field did not give me the one-on-one time I felt I needed to give to my clients to really help them. With massage I have a flexible schedule that allows me to spend the time needed with each client to work with them to help get them on the track they want to be on.

I graduated with honors from Anthem College with a diploma in Massage Therapy in March of 2010. I studied Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Deep Tissue/Trigger point therapy, Pre & Post Natal Massage and many others. My specialty is Pre & Post Natal massage as well as Sports Massage. My focus in my practice is to help my clients live a life with fewer aches and pains and reduce the amount of stress that is put on the mind and body.

I also enjoy getting out into the community. Working with businesses by offering their employees chair massages or volunteering my services to help raise money for a good cause. In July 2010, I volunteered to help raise money for the American Heart Association and we had a very successful turnout. I have also volunteered my time at the End of Watch walk the City of Aurora put on as well as their Kwanza walk. In March of this year I also helped the Anthem College Massage class at the Denver Home Show. We worked Friday night through Sunday afternoon and it was incredible to see the number of people who visited our station and it was very rewarding to see them walk away feeling better. Working these events and meeting people in the community is extremely rewarding for me.
