really like to spend quality time figuring out the root cause to a problem and
that doesn’t always lend itself to a full body massage. I like to help figure things out in a
structural sense. I like to talk about
lifestyle and things you might “do” or “omit” to make your body a more
comfortable place to live. I also really enjoy craniosacral therapy. Because both myofascial release and craniosacral therapy have a
profound effect on the fascial system in the body, I believe blending these
together quickly brings balance to unhealthy areas of the body. One major thing
I like about craniosacral therapy is the fact that it is a modality that I can
use to help relieve fascial tightness in the underlying tissues that I can’t as
easily effect with traditional massage methods.
