I've been in practice since 2017, and have experience ranging from the traditional spa to acute injury recovery support in a chiropractic setting. I love a challenge, and my best work shines in addressing subclinical injury and pain - subclinical means something which is injured or otherwise painful but isn't 'important' enough for a doctor, or 'serious' enough for you to elect surgery or pain medication at this time. Massage Therapy is a lot more diverse and useful than soft music and someone rubbing scented lotion on you (which isn't my specialty). Most of my clients receive service in regular exercise attire, and sessions are often full of music, chatter, or education on how to take care of your body as you seek to live a better life.

Jess is AMAZING! I fell and I could barely turn my head from the tension. She found the root of the tension in my neck and was able to release the spasm. Then when she was done, she gave me a stretching exercise to continue to help my problem. I only wish I lived closer to Denver!! I live in Florida. I’m lucky I found her!

I have lived with significant pain issues related to neck and back injuries since 1980. It is a complex interaction of neurological and physiological factors. Jess is extremely skilled at finding and breaking the feedback cycle that can increase the pain to intolerable levels. She has honed her skill and knowledge to a level I have found in no other massage therapist!
