As an experienced Martial Arts instructor, I took interest in health and nutrition with a specialization in massage therapy. I enjoy helping people with a variety of problems from relaxation and de-stressing, to injury and muscle repair.


As a graduate of Daytona State College, I have completed 750 hours of various massage types including but not limited to:

During a normal massage session I will ask the client his or her needs as well as what they want the outcome of the massage to be. I then begin planning a personalized massage tapered to the client's needs. I always make sure the client is most comfortable with soothing relaxation music during the massage. I only use high quality hypoallergenic lotions and oils, with an option of clients to bring their own oils or lotions if desired.

With my health and nutrition knowledge I can reccommend personalized treatment plans for injury, general health, and optimal body performance.
