I became a massage therapist to help my daughter who was born 12 weeks early and has Cerebral Palsy.  After graduating in 2004 from Spa Tech Institute, I opened Pomfret Center Spa and continued to take classes with the Upledger Institute, learning CranioSacral, Lymph Drainage Therapy, Heart Centered Therapy, and Brain.   I became Certified in 2021 as a CranioSacral Therapist. I'm also Certified in Reflexology with the International Institute.  I love helping people feel better everyday!

Fantastic first session with Dee Dee - she has great intuition and "listens" well to what the body needs, and her hands move from place to place to help provide gentle release and connection. I booked a craniosacral session, and loved that she also used her lymphatic and reflexology a little when it was appropriate. Will definitely return, and have shared her info with others. She provides a unique skill set here in the Valley, such beneficial work she's doing!
