Facilitator of the healing process

I got interested in massage after I received a massage session at a naturist resort about the spring of 2005. From that experience I learned how effective it was in reducing stress. I got interested in massage after I received a massage session at a naturist resort about the spring of 2005. From that experience I learned how effective it was in reducing stress. So, I began my massage studies and work at Daytona State College in the fall of 2005 and graduated there in the spring of 2006 to become a massage therapist. To help people relax and aid in their body fluid movements, I can provide Swedish massage. Another relaxing massage session I provide is lymphatic drainage massage, which is beneficial in reducing swelling, detoxification, immune support and recovery from cosmetic surgery. At sporting events I have massaged runners, bicyclists, and triathletes, which was sports massage that helped them prepare for and recover from events. I am certified in trigger point therapy and do other deep tissue massage therapies, which are myofascial release and bamboo massage that all provide pain relief. My other massage service is what I call stretching flexibility massage, it utilizes Thai massage techniques, Swedish massage techniques, passive movements and other stretching techniques to increase clients range of motion and relieve their pain. In early 2014, I was introduced to a company called Thumbtack that gave me motivation to have an entrepreneurial mindset. I provide mobile massage services to areas in Volusia and Flagler Counties.

In another category of service that I do is Health Wellness Coaching. As a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach I assist clients to use their insight, personal strengths, goal setting, action steps, my provided resources, and their resources toward changes for a more healthy and fit lifestyle that can be permanent. My health wellness coaching service and massage services are supported by my Bachelor of Science degree in Alternative Medicine that I earned in late 2013 from Everglades University. My health wellness coaching service is a one on one mobile provision and/or a one on one video chat provision. I hold my health wellness coaching clients accountable to what they desire.

Joel is knowledgable and has taken a lot of classes in massage techniques. I received massage from him yesterday and although he worked deep, I am not hurting. I believe he will be able to help me. I scheduled another appointment for later this month.

I had a fantastic experience with my chiropractor! He traveled all the way from Volusia County to my home in Altamonte Springs, bringing all his tools and setting everything up seamlessly. The ambiance was incredibly calming, enhanced by soothing music that made the room feel like a relaxing retreat. The Swedish massage he provided was exceptional, and he demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the session. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a convenient and effective chiropractic experience!

Joel was very sweet and polite. He came prepared with everything needed for an at home massage. He brought his own table, CD player and props. I thoroughly enjoyed his stretching!!!

Once Joel got going, he did a good job. It just took him awhile to get started. A little bit timid for my liking I would normally like someone with more confidence and enthusiasm in they’re performance! It was an overall good experience but nothing too brag about.

Joel was competent as a massage therapist but I felt that he had not done a lot of massages outside of school. I think with some more hands on practice he could get better.

No dislike. Got a whole body massage that was satisfying. Muscle discomforts were reduced or eliminated. Suggest the cranial-sacrial pump be available because it is deeply relaxing.
