For decades, I myself have incorporated massage therapy and chiropractic care as an essential part of my overall health and wellness. I know, first hand, how these two approaches can help your body, mind and spirit. That is why I knew, even as I began my training, that I would establish my practice within a chiropractor's office. After over 2 wonderful years working in tandem with an amazing chiropractor in Marietta, Georgia to promote health and wellness for our clients I moved to Lake Lanier, Georgia and created my own practice.

Tammy always ask if there are any new issues that she needs to focus on during the massage. She has really helped to relieve my neck pain. She also offers a facial sinus massage that really helps with my sinuses.

Tammy was great at immediately putting me at ease and educating me on WHY I'm experiencing the tension and pain where I am. Her massage was the best. I didn't feel bruised and beaten after, but was thoroughly relaxed.
