I have been in private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist in Cortland, NY for over 25 years. I use an integrated approach to bodywork combining a variety of techniques to assist clients with pain relief, improved function and flexibility and stress reduction. While I was Co-Owner of Invigorations Massage and Wellness Center from November 1998 until June 2013 I studied Usui Reiki Ryoho Levels I, II and in 2015 Level III (ART) and am now a Usui Reiki Ryoho Holy Fire III Master practitioner.  In my many years of experience working with a variety of clients and conditions I have come to realize that we are all striving for the same things:  Harmony ~ Peace ~ Joy and Balance ~ in our bodies, our hearts, and our lives.  I love using my massage and reiki training and experience to meet my clients where they are and work with them along their path toward wellness.
