Kayla DeAnda is a qualified Massage Therapist with 13 years of experience in clinical, spa, and private practice settings specializing in injury, pain management and relaxation. Massage has so many benefits for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Pain relief from sore muscles, increased flexibility, relaxation, mental clarity, improved circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention. She became a massage therapist because she has personally felt these amazing effects from massage and wants to help others achieve optimal health. Kayla excels at building an immediate rapport with her clients and ensures that they receive customized treatment based on their unique needs and preferences. Kayla finds it very rewarding to help others feel better. She has been trained in many massage modalities. Deep Tissue massage, neck, low back/hip work are her greatest strengths. As a massage therapist she uses a variety of techniques to cater to each individuals needs, including: deep tissue, Swedish or relaxation, lymphatic drainage, trigger point, cupping, scraping, light stretching and mobilization. When Kayla isn’t at work she loves cooking/hosting and being outdoors. She enjoys running, camping and hiking, a good book in a hammock, Vietnamese or Thai food as well as spending time with her family and golden retrievers.

Ms. DeAnda is the best at what she does, and is at the top of her game! A solid professional, she puts the customer first always, and follows up after the appointment to ensure the therapy was effective. It was the best therapeutic massage I have ever received! Our in office and at home experience from Kayla has been amazing. She listens to our needs and also goes with what she knows to put us even more in a state of well being. Her professionalism is top notch and her conversation is as well. We wont get massages from anyone else.
