Craniosacral Therapy

I have been using Cranial Sacral Therapy in my practice for 4 years now and combine it with MPS for a complete experience. This modality is excellent for deep relaxation, stress, neurological disorders, headaches and post concussion therapy

Corrective Exercise Therapy

I have worked in Physical Therapy for over 30 years and specialize in postural and corrective exercises to correct poor movement patterns. This can dramatically improve how you move and correct poor habits that may have developed with injuries, surgeries, traumas and past experiences.

Master Pain Practitioner

I am a Master Pain Practitioner with Acumed Medical and have been teaching and developing protocols for over 20 years. This modality is a hybrid modality with microcurrent utilizing acupuncture, motor and painful points as well as scar tissue to enhance healing and promote balance.

Certified MLD therapist

I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage with the MLD Institute international. I combine this therapy with my own Trademarked protocol Lymphatic Restoration Therapy with MPS. I teach courses to others as well.

Voila energy balancing

I am Level one certified in Voila technique for energy and kinetic balancing. This technique can quickly assist me in determining the structural, energetic and emotional imbalances that may be inhibiting your healing.

Manual therapy

I use a combination of Neuromuscular, Myofascial Release, Trigger point work, deep tissue massage and soft tissue manipulations that I have learned over the past 31 years in my profession. In combination with stretching and facilitation and inhibition strategies the correct technique is determined by the client's needs.
