From a very young age Sheri Lyn has been told her hugs and touch make people feel better emotionally, physically, energetically, and spiritually. After years of trying to make herself fit in the corporate box as a mortgage underwriter the market crash opened a door that allowed her to use her natural abilities and talents to help people.  She took a leap of faith, followed her bliss and enrolled in massage therapy school. Sheri Lyn has a great passion to help people figure out their own healing journeys through massage and energy work while also empowering and educating them to heal themselves outside of the session.  She uses an intuitive, integrative, and therapeutic approach in her massage and energy work sessions.  The modalities Sheri Lyn has in her tool box include Swedish Relaxation, Neuromuscular Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage (certified), Grief Massage, Reflexology, Prenatal (certified), treatment of headaches and TMJ disorder, Tragger, Hot and Cold Stone, Cranial Sacral,  Reiki (Master/Teacher), and BARS©.
