I've been attracted to massage therapy and other complementary therapies from a young age. Massage is gentle yet powerful, and can provide real results when it comes to pain relief and stress management.

I attended the Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy, one of the best massage schools in the country, and graduated in the Spring of 2014. I'm licensed in the state of Colorado, and am a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Some of the certifications I hold include Neuromuscular Therapy, Hot Stone Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Integrative Techniques, and others. In 2014, I was attuned to the level of Reiki Master/Teacher. A custom massage from me will include a variety of techniques to meet your unique needs.
