As a massage therapist, energy worker, and intuitive guide, I have always felt a deep connection to the healing power of touch. From a young age, I knew that the human body holds incredible potential for transformation and balance—if we just take the time to listen and respond to its needs. This intuition has guided me throughout my journey, both personally and professionally, as I continue to embrace the healing arts and the power of energy.

After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky, I began exploring the deeper connection between the mind, body, and spirit. I soon realized that true healing doesn’t just involve treating symptoms; it’s about understanding the energetic layers that influence physical and emotional health. This led me to study Licensed Massage Therapy at Myotherapy College of Utah, where I learned the powerful impact that therapeutic touch has on both the body’s muscle structures and its energetic systems.

But my journey didn’t stop there. I discovered that each person carries their own unique energy field, and by working intuitively with the body, I could not only release tension but also uncover emotional blockages, traumas, and imbalances that impact overall well-being. Through energy work and intuitive healing, I guide my clients toward lasting clarity and alignment, helping them reconnect with their truest selves.

In addition to my massage therapy practice, I also hold an MBA from Southern Utah University (SUU), which has given me the tools to build and nurture my business with the same level of care and attention that I bring to my healing work. I’m deeply committed to lifelong learning and regularly attend classes and training to expand my skills and understanding of holistic healing, ensuring that my approach remains dynamic and ever-evolving.
