I was maybe eight to twelve years young during the time at my mom's workplace when it stuck, only rubbing the shoulders of her coworkers for maybe three minutes before my hands would get sore.  This wouldn't have anything to do with how I got interested because I knew this after I said this was what I wanted to do, but my mom's mom was a massage therapist in Lake Ariel, PA before she passed a decade or so ago of breast cancer.  Later on in life, I have realized that a reason I love massage is to feel useful or to make someone's day better - and because I'd personally rather work with one person at a time for a relaxing moment than working with hundreds or thousands of people during retail.

I have received my certification in massage therapy from Hocking College in May 2015, received my certificate in January 2016 (allowing me to work), worked small jobs around Central Ohio from then to December when I started the business.  I am trained in many ways of massage - thanks to my instructors Mark Cullen and Jean Faulkner - including Swedish, trigger point, deep tissue, etc.  But of all these, I love to stay with Swedish as relaxation.  I am available to anyone in Pickaway County, top of Ross County, Fairfield County, and a bit of Hocking County.  In my spare time, I love to play with my Netherland Dwarf rabbit Steele, play games, and surf the net.

I was having a case of “stiff neck” and she really worked it out. I’m use to a little more aggressive massages but her skill still did the job and I felt relaxed and so much better. I will definitely go back. Also my massage request was very short notice (under 2 hours) and she was able to get me with no problem. Thanks Erika!
