Katya Miller is a massage therapist with a passion for helping people live better through finding balance in their body. As a practitioner with a background in dance and acrobatics it became a personal goal to maximize her own personal health and wellness in her own body so that she could be the best that she could be in her performance arts. After a near fatal car accident in 2022 she had many musculoskeletal injuries that prevented her from enjoying her love of dance and acrobatics. After finding massage therapy she was able to find relief from many of her injuries and within a year she was able to continue her dancing to the point of being able to perform professionally for the first time in her life.

After seeing first hand the profound effects that massage can have on the body, both physically and emotionally, she felt called to pursue massage therapy as a career so that she could share with others the same healing and care that she received through therapeutic touch.

As a student of Chico massage school she has education in Swedish, myofascial technique, deep tissue, and sports massage. She is always seeking to expand her knowledge in these modalities and to learn new techniques so that she may help a wide variety of people.

Katya was great. She was professional and I appreciated that she checked in every so often with me about the pressure and if everything was ok. The myofascial release was a new technique that I enjoyed.

Started with the hands and fingers, then nice oil to arms and the fabulous experience was on.....really found tender spots and professionally rubbed those out. Complete, stellar body massage in one hour....I was very pleased with the workmanship.

Overall great massage. Katya had great communication and good judgment of pressure during the massage. Definitely interested in another session.

Positives: I appreciated her company and skillful techniques, which effectively helped me relax and achieve the goal of decompression. I also valued the feedback regarding areas where I felt "tight." Opportunities for improvement: Ensure the space is prepared in advance, including having the necessary "sheets," to avoid any time wastage for the customer. Aim to utilize the entire scheduled time and avoid restricting or locking the customer in the space. I experienced difficulty exiting afterward and had to navigate through a different section.

Very sweet massage therapist. She is in her first year. For my first time going to this clinic, Katya made me enjoy this first experience very much. Katya was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. If I have to say an improvement point, it would be to use more strength with your hands. This is a tricky one and personal, I know. Some want more power, others say it is too hard and hurts. I say, shoot for right down the middle and let the client tell you if it's too much. Katya was kind and very professional. I will be back.
