In 2007 I completed my advanced certification in Myofascial Release Techniques and Soft Tissue Mobilization. I have owned Chichester Massage & Bodywork Center since 2007 and believe in the business having a positive impact in the community by donating time and services to support many local organizations.  My goal is to educate the public that massage therapy is an investment in their overall health and well being.

Amy takes the time to talk to you and understand your massage preferences and health concerns.

As soon as I booked my appointment, Amy reached out to see what my immediate needs were, and to also explain any underlying issues that might be contributing to the pains and tightness I was feeling. She was very open and explained the best way to proceed. It had been a while since my last massage and she began with foundational relaxation versus targeting one of two spots. All the parts of our bodies are intertwined more than I was ever aware. Good thing Amy is a pro!
