I began my career path as a massage therapist with the knowledge that supporting the healing of others is a healing balm to myself.  I graduated class Valedictorian from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy in April of 2015.  I have a diploma in Clinical Massage Therapy and am licensed by the states of Ohio and Illinois as an LMT.  I am trained in and qualified to perform Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Seated, and Swedish  Massage, as well as Biodynamic Cran...

I am also a CMLDT, Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist. I have a certification in Health and Wellness Coaching from The Soma Institute of Clinical Massage Therapy. Additionally, I am a certified, level four Reiki Master, and a certified level one Kundalini Yoga Instructor.  

I am self-employed at Dragonfly Transformations: Bodywork & Coaching, LLC.  Appointments may be booked online, or via request by phone or email.  In addition to massage therapy and craniosacral therapy, Reiki attunements and private Kundalini Yoga & Meditation appointments are available.  I also offer Health & Wellness Coaching, Life/Career Coaching, and Image Coaching.

In my spare time, I love to cook, read, write, swim, sing, dance, and travel.

Yesterday I had my second massage with Sheri, and once again I left feeling completely renewed. I am currently pregnant, and the first time I went, I was experiencing severe pain in my lower back, feet, and legs. The pain had become very intense, but after that first massage, I left feeling so much better and almost completely pain-free. One thing I truly appreciate is how carefully she listens when you explain where you are experiencing discomfort. She really focuses on those specific areas and takes her time working on them. Yesterday, during my second massage, I had another wonderful experience. She focused on the areas where I was hurting the most, and I left feeling much more relaxed and relieved. I highly recommend her, especially to other pregnant women who are dealing with aches and discomfort during pregnancy. If you are looking for a great prenatal massage, I definitely recommend booking with her. I’ve had an amazing experience both times, and I’m already looking forward to my next massage.

I generally get a massage once every few months but should probably go more often! Sheri is able to find and fix my knots and tight areas so that I leave feeing 1000% better than when I walked in. She checks in to ensure that the pressure is appropriate and to make sure you are comfortable.
