I use a variety of methods and  techniques to relieve trigger points, tender points and fascial adhesions and restrictions.  Each session is tailored to meet your specific needs and long term goals. This is accomplished by using a combination of techniques and being sensitive to your body and the muscular issues I find as I work. I treat the source of the problems, not just the symptoms. I finish each session by giving you self care guidance to continue the work that began on the table.

Robert is amazing. I woke up the next day feeling fabulous after a 2 hour deep tissue massage. He did a great job.

Requested a Deep Tissue for sévère sports injury, when I saw he started by putting slippery products I mentioned that Deep Tissue is dry, because of the depth and jar pressure used, he should have known that. Is mentioned my hip was severely hurting too He didn’t touch it at all the whole time Told me he wasn’t putting oil « just lotion to soften the fascia to start ». Turns out he kept putting more and more and it was def more of a « rubbing » Swedish type massage of spa and not a deep tissue for pains and athletic injuries. I left w the same severe pain in my hip that was never touched and feel I lost a lot of time and money getting a spa massage w no help for my pain.
