I have been licensed and practicing bodywork in Chicago since 2007. My services are an experienced mix of clinical to eastern therapies. I am certified and practice in Pre and Postnatal Massage, Deep Tissue/Sports Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Clinical Thai Bodywork, Fire Cupping, Reiki I and II, Craniosacral Therapy I and II and Guided Meditation.
I truly believe that you are your best when feeling your best, and I'd love the opportunity to help with that. I take pride in my work and give my clients more than a session of feeling better in 60, 90, and 120 minute increments. I offer stretches as well as corrective exercises to help with what your body needs to function at its absolute best. We all have physical ailments from our day to day lives, that doesn't mean we have to suffer.
