Licensed Massage Therapist since 2011. Studied Swedish, Deep Touch, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Sports Massage at The Healing Arts Center in St. Louis, MO. As well as continued education focused on many common areas of pain and discomfort, such as Low Back, Shoulders and Neck. I feel it is most beneficial to integrate everything I've learned into a single session, using techniques from different modalities, always based on my client's individual needs.
