Tiffany Ashley is a Tennessee licensed massage therapist with over 14 years of experience. Attending Natural Touch Massage Institute to receive massage certification in 2002. In order to expand her knowledge of the body and movement Tiffany took the intensive program with Fletcher’s Pilates in Tucson Arizona in 2014-2015. Through many years of experience caring for children, elderly, athletes, pregnant and disabled clients her ambition is to incorporate and continue discovering holistic modalities to help reduce pain and discomfort, reduce stress, increase quality of life and maintain general health.
