I think the thing I enjoy the most about performing bodywork for people is helping to achieve the goal. Whether the goal is freeing up a balky shoulder, or helping someone remain limber for their marathon, accomplishing a client request is enormously satisfying. It’s great vibes all the way around.

I liked how he did more of a « treatment plan » at the beginning of the session by trying to find the root of the problem. The most amazing massage for sore athletes; I will definitely be returning!

This was my first appointment with Michael and I could not have come away more impressed. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. I was thoroughly satisfied with my results. Michael first wanted to know what was bothering me, and then spent the entire 60 minutes focused on those muscles. No wasted time!
