I have been practicing massage for over 20 years. It started with my 3 brothers that played baseball, football and wrestling. I went to Pittsburgh School of Massage and was top of my class for sports massage.  I have learned through the years massage is not just for athletes.  Every Body needs massage.  Stress is a big factor for pain. It can be mental, emotional and physical.  I have many continuing education credits from many different modalities and I use my knowledge in every massage. Most importantly, every body is different, so I listen with my hands and ears to help each client receive the best massage for their body.
