I moved to the Charleston area from Fairfax, Virginia in 1997. After attending the Charleston School of Massage, I received my license in massage therapy in October of 2001. One year into my career I attended courses in North Carolina to be certified in Medical Massage at the Masters Level.
Using my hands (and elbows) as well as my heart, I help my clients relax and bring them back to a world where life is manageable. I help relax tired, overstressed muscles that are pulling bones out of alignment and bring them back to a more natural, healthy and flexible state.
Practicing massage for over 16 years, I challenge myself to actively keep learning, and currently offer a variety of techniques tailored to meet each individual's needs. I believe that communication is one of the most important aspects of any session.
From sports injuries and rehab to active stretching, my technique is of a Deep Tissue style. My goal is to help every person be rid of pain and get back that range of motion that we were all born with. I can work with you and your body to get you feeling like your best self again.
When not tending to clients, I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife kayaking, planting, putting together puzzles and taking care of our 55 gallon saltwater fish tank. We attend Crosstowne Christian Church and are excitedly expecting our first child in October and can't wait for their arrival!
