Hello, Ashley here for your mind and body kneads. I have been a massage therapist since 2012. I also offer chair massage in office for employee appreciation, Christmas parties, fundraisers and more With a pocket full of techniques, I am able to customize and tailor treatments for every person at every session.

Mettler Center-Senior Massage Therapist

I worked at the Mettler center for almost 5 years, Jan. 2016- December 2020. I added Reiki Level 1 & 2, as well as Cranio Sacral level 1 to my education. I worked closely with other massage Therapist, Physical Therapist and Personal trainers.

This is where I gained a lot of my experience in higher volume, back to back clients. I learned heated bamboo, hot stone and cupping while working here, (2013- December 2014(when they sold their land and closed)).

I’ve never really asked Ashley to work out specific body issues (knots, aches, stressed muscles, etc), but when I go I am usually looking for something holistic that helps my busy mind reconnect with my body and allows me to find peace and calm. She is real amazing at that, very intentional and caring.
