There have been a variety of opportunities to learn about health and the body's natural healing through her work experiences at a chiropractor's office as an assistant, a physical therapy clinic, the Lexington Athletic Club, and local YMCA. Over the years, Essie chose to pursue certifications in mat Pilates, RIPPED classes, Baby's First Massage, and became a Rehab Fitness Specialist is 2012. She has blended her skills, experience, and passion for helping others into a dynamic business called 2theCoreinc offering personal training, pilates classes, workshops, speaking at seminars, professional massage therapy and has recently re-launched an infant massage outreach program.
