Hi, my name is Terence Jones.  I have worked as a Massage Therapist since 2017. During that period of time, I found a home in Therapeutic Massage. During my tenure I have earned a Certification in Myofascial release, trigger pointing and positional release techniques. Utilizing these techniques will help me get you back to your normal life. Terence was very thorough and listened carefully to what I told him as well as explained things in technical terms but in a way that I was able to understand more about how the body's muscles interact. I was given exercises to do at home which empowers my healing. I went in for TMJ issues after a tooth extraction and I finally feel hope that it will get better soon!
