I graduated from Capri College of massage in July of 2016. After school I worked in an Aveda spa for one year where I became well practiced with a variety of massage modalities such as prenatal massage, cupping massage, sports, and chair massage. I have taken several deep tissue technique classes, one being with the Aveda director of massage Marc Zollicoffer. The classes I have taken have been for the back, neck, shoulders, and some upper leg work. I have been incorporating these techniques in my sessions ever since. During my time at RCPT I have seen all kind of clients, runners, bikers, and all types of athletes. I try my very best to personalize each session and tailor my work to fit your needs whether that is doing specific body work on a certain area or just an overall full body session.
