Before I became a Massage Therapist I studied art and philosophy at the University of Nevada, Reno where I received my Bachelors of Art (BA) Degree. During this time I was introduced to energy work which inspired me to become a Massage Therapist. I still enjoy the creative process and I like to bring that into my practice by using my hands instead of paint and a brush. I base my philosophy to massage on the premise that we are all a unified mind, body, and soul. Health comes when all of these aspects are in balance. As a therapist, I can and will facilitate this process for the client through an integrative approach, which incorporates energy work and Chakra balancing to therapeutic bodywork. By releasing stagnation and blockages I allow the natural flow of energy in the body which eases pain and tension.
