I am a 2011 graduate from Metro Business College. I am a full time Licensed Massage Therapist. My passion is to help others be their best physically. My specialties include Swedish and working with expectant mothers, deep tissue, and trigger points.  I also offer a light therapeutic touch massage for those who would like to avoid deep pressure treatment.

I am certified at Cupping Massage Therapist, Typical massage consist of compressing the tissues. But with cupping we get to lift the tissue to quickly increase circulation and improve the tissue pliability. It has the effect of a deep tissue massage, but with less soreness afterwards.

Massage is no longer a luxury. It is needed for the job you do. It is needed for the computer you sit in front of. It is needed for the phone cradled in your neck. And the general stress you have accrued. Massage works those muscles that need attention. And those muscles that keep you awake at night. I tailor my massage to each client and their individual needs.
