I am 7 weeks out from a total knee replacement. PT 3 x week is helping buy does nothing for the knots / tight band feeling that surrounds my knee despite all the stretching exercises and I am performing them twice a day/ seven days a week. After one visit with Michele I had better flexion and decreased pain. Each modality compliments the other. Plan to see her weekly through my rehab.

Michele is the best. She's very knowledgeable about the muscular and nervous system. She talks through with you what she sees and feels. She asks a lot of good questions to understand the problems you're facing. And usually finds areas you didn't know were hurting and impacting the pain you do feel. If you don't go, you're missing out.
