As a licensed massage therapist, she utilizes Kriya massage as the foundation of all massage therapy sessions.  Skillfully blending positional and myofascial release and deep tissue techniques helping each client with chronic pain and injuries find relief and assisting in their well-being. 

Life took Laura on a detour for a bit, but her passion for aiding in the healing and helping of others never faded. 

Laura is a Licensed Kriya™ Massage Therapist, licensed in 2010.  She completed the NH 750 hour program at DoveStar Institute. Her focus of study was in Kriya™ massage, neuromuscular, deep joint work and reflexology.  Since then, her continuing education has been centered around injury massage & care, myofascial work and learning to work deep in the muscles while still providing a relaxing massage. Laura believes that in order to get the muscles to release tension, they need to be encouraged to a state of relaxation and not the continued trauma of forcing them to release.  She is dedicated to facilitating the innate healing ability of each of her clients and plan to continue learning advanced techniques in order to perpetuate that process.

It is Laura’s mission to assist in improving her clients health and enhance their well-being. She believes that massage revitalizes our most precious resources for physical, mental, and emotional health.
