Most of my life has been about caregiving.  I have been a daughter, a mom, a wife and a great employee for most of it.  Now is the time when I can translate that giving of care into an experience that enriches my life as well as the lives of others.  Massage therapy is an outlet that helps me channel energy, thoughts and feelings into making a better world.

Being a military and law enforcement wife, I have a heart to help in the healing process for those who serve.  So many of our service members & First Responders face debilitating PTSD both during and after service, Many suffer alone.  I believe that a healing touch and understanding attitude can go a long way to bringing peace back into their lives.  We should all care for each other.

I loved how she made sure I was comfortable and I could give input at anytime during the session. She made sure I was able to get in all of my time. She asked questions to know how to help me and was concerned about me. I felt very comfortable and I will be telling others about my session.
