Thank you for visiting Anchor Massage LLC! Being a potential client each massage session is based solely on the individual (you) and your healing. As a Licensed Massage Therapist my philosophy on healing is always first and foremost listening to the client (you) while at the same time ruling out any and all underlying muscle related issues that may end up at the end of the day be the real culprit (cause) of any current pain and/or limited range of motion.  

Depending on the individual (you) and the current muscle related issue(s) at hand any and all of the following modalities may be used to maximize your healing results: {Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Cross Fiber Friction, Trigger Point Therapy, Pin and Stretch, Deep Tissue, and/or Cupping!}
