Conservative but effective! I trust her not to aggravate my sciatica. Her massages leave my body in way better shape in the days following than many other places I have tried. Great personality and very professional. Appreciate her very much for her expertise!

Rio has incredible skills to zero right on on the very fibers causing the pain!! She understands the overall movement and integration of muscles and skeleton to work in harmony— and when I’m a mess she helps me get back into physical harmony. What a Godsend!!!

By far the most knowledgeable, educated, and honest massage therapist I know in Dallas. She doesn’t just go through the motions like most therapists do, she finds the spots that need the attention and goes after them with detail and care.

I needed a deep tissue massage from a skilled professional and that’s exactly what I got! I had horrible back pain due to muscle adhesions and Rio took care of it. I feel so much better. HIGHLY recommend!

She is really good. I’ve never been to a NM massage therapist but what an amazing experience. She listened to what was going on and addressed those areas of pain. She explains the what and why of cause if pain and what she is doing!

One session with Rio is like three with a really skilled therapist elsewhere. Rio’s massages are the Best use of my time and money. Very few out there have the medical-massage skill of Rio.
