My name is Foyht Fraise. I grew up in Southeast Iowa. I graduated from the Carlson College of Massage Therapy in 2020, where I became a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I have sense taken classes to help with Neuromuscular Therapy, as well as Cupping courses.
This allows me to help with some of the deeper muscular problems, and pain relief.
I look forward to helping my clients relax and regain functionality in their muscles.

Foyht is an excellent massage therapist! I have been going to him for a few years now..I have a lot of different aches, pains, and injuries - he is always patient to listen to what is going on and address those areas. He is extremely knowledgeable. Every time I leave feeling SO much better! I wish I could go 3 times a week! :)
