Okay, so get this, I have had leg pain for weeks now, so bad it’s been interfering with my sleep. I’m a chef and I am always standing at my job. I have been doing stretches and all that for a while now. But nothing was helping. I have one session with Dani and I am able to sleep, stand, move etc with no pain. 100%going back and thinking of making it a weekly to bi-weekly thing.
